Advantages
· Small bubble size: bubble size is less than 10μm, while traditional air flotation is about 50μm.
· Efficiency: Dissolved gas efficiency is over 95%, while traditional air flotation is about 80%.
· Land-occupying province: surface hydraulic load can reach 25m3/(m2·H) while traditional air flotation is less than 5m3/(m2·H), which can save more than five times of land.
· Sludge production is low: the solid content of dross is more than 2%, while traditional flotation is about 0.5%, and the sludge production is reduced by four times.
· The effect is good: the solid suspended matter content in effluent can be less than 15mg/L.
